Hillstone Residences is indeed unique. It’s not just another Build to Rent property built by a wall street backed fund with the goal of optimizing profits by maximizing land area and minimizing amenities. I have really enjoyed all of the amenities here at Hillstone. My grandchildren love coming out to visit me and get in the pool and play at the splash pad. They call this place a resort! I am really excited about some of the additional amenities, the barbecue grills with shade over them, shade sails over the new turf area they have added by the splash pad, and most of all I’m excited about the Pickleball court.

I love this community. Everyone is very nice here. They have a lot of nice amenities, a nice workout room, and a beautiful pool with a neat splash pad for the kids. The leasing office staff is great, and the maintenance is amazing!!! It’s a great place for me and I think it would be a great place for you too!

The floorplan of our three bedroom two bath unit really accommodates our family. We were going to buy a home, but we couldn’t find one that had a floor-plan like this one. I like the valet trash here. I don’t have to walk to the dumpster anymore. In my old place I had to walk to the dumpster and I didn’t feel safe. Now, I can just put my trash right outside in the trash container by my door and they pick it up for me every morning, seven days a week.

I really love the open concept of my floor plan of my two bedroom and two bathroom, spacious kitchen and spacious front room area and how Hillstone Residence at Canyon Trail is in a perfect location close to the I 10 freeway, but without the freeway noise. It is around a lot of shopping.
